As you are aware, recently there are changes to the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) and Canada Student Financial Assistance Program, with an aim to limit access to students attending public educational institutions. Unfortunately, these changes may undermine what we are trying to address – shortage of dental professionals in Ontario.
