You can now renew your membership online in a few clicks. Follow these steps.
1 – Login to your account. Go to https://adto.ca and click the Login button. Complete your login.
2 – Click here to renew Membership (opens new tab).
Alternatively, you can click the Renew Membership button on the homepage as shown below.
Or, you can hover over the Account button (top right) and click Renew Membership from the drop-down menu.
3 – Click Add to Cart
Make sure only 1 quantity is selected for each of the items.
4 – Complete the checkout
Follow the steps on the checkout page to complete your renewal. You will receive an receipt emailed to you (check spam if it’s missing).
You’ll receive your Intact insurance certificate in two weeks. To view your certificate, go to Account -> Portal. Then click Shared with me under Files.
