Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are eligible for a $1,000 CAD sign-on bonus after 120 days of continuous employment.
As a Senior Denture Lab Technician, you will play an important role in producing high-quality removable prosthetics while supporting team development and maintaining exceptional standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Construct, adjust, and repair full and partial dentures and implant-supported removable appliances from complex prescriptions
- Ability to read prescriptions or specifications from clients/doctors and examine dental models or impressions to determine the design of the product to be fabricated
- Inspect finished prosthetics for precise occlusion, vertical dimension, aesthetics, and fit before final delivery
- Communicate via phone or in person regarding challenging cases, specialized and custom modifications.
- Train, guide, and mentor other techs on advanced removable techniques to meet desired standards
- All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
What We’re Looking For:
- Technician with 5-10+ years’ experience in a denture technician role, with deep knowledge and understanding of all aspects of removable prosthetics including partial, flexible partials, cast partial dentures and repairs/relines
- Experience with digital denture workflows and CAD/CAM technologies preferred
- Strong communication and problem solving abilities.
- High level of attention to detail with exceptional quality standards
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift weights up to 20 lbs.
- Team player with willingness to learn new responsibilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in dental technology preferred
Pay: CA$30.00-CA$50.00 per hour
