CDTO Council Meeting
Council Meetings are open to the public to ensure the highest degree of transparency and openness. Meeting packages will be posted electronically ahead of each meeting, and attempt to minimize “in-camera” sessions. Members of the public must follow the observer guidelines when attending our Council meetings.
